PITTSBURGH – Allstate Insurance Company has named LYNX
Services as its exclusive provider for managing auto glass insurance claims. LYNX Services began managing the Allstate Glass Claim Express Process in some states this month.

LYNX Services began managing Allstate auto glass insurance claims on Sept. 20 in Kentucky, North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Tennessee. National roll-out of the program to all states will be completed by the end of October.
LYNX Services provides automotive glass insurance claims management by linking policyholders, insurers and automotive glass repair shops. Its centers process first-notice-of-loss, verify coverage, schedule glass repairs, perform audits and manage warranty claims.
