Names Peter Largen President and COOCHICAGO -- DriveLogic, Inc., a subsidiary of CCC Information Services Group Inc. has named Peter Largen as President and COO. Largen succeeds Pradip Patiath, who came from McKinsey & Company to start up DriveLogic. The company is currently operational and developing Internet-based solutions for the marketplace. Largen, 39, brings to DriveLogic over 16 years of product development and strategic planning experience serving the automotive claims marketplace. Most recently, Largen served as Vice President of Product Management at DriveLogic and was responsible for overall product line strategy, planning, and delivery. Prior to coming on board at DriveLogic, Largen was interim co-CEO of ChoiceParts, the auto parts network founded by CCC, the Dealer Services and Claims Solutions Groups of ADP, and The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where he helped establish a management team and guide the establishment of the new company. "Peter is one of the most experienced and successful leaders in our industry," said Githesh Ramamurthy, Chairman and CEO of CCC Information Services Inc. "His unique insight into the business, combined with his proven ability to create and manage new enterprises, strengthens DriveLogic's ability to deliver visionary solutions to the auto claims and collision repair markets," Ramamurthy added. Previously, Largen served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at CCC Information Services Inc., and during his eight-year tenure, directed the successful development and delivery of networked-based applications and related information products to users in the insurance and collision repair markets. Prior to CCC, Largen served as Vice President of Operations at Hollander Inc., delivering technology solutions to the automotive recycling and insurance claims industries.
