In presenting a plaque to Joe Skurka of BASF, Roger Foss, National Dealer Development Manager for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc., acknowledged BASF's participation and contributions to the program. Accepting the award, Skurka, BASF Manager of OEM Relations, praised the Toyota program as innovative and an outstanding example of the automotive industry's commitment to customer satisfaction.
