Business Tools | Thursday April 5 Allstate Web Site Named Best for Online ServicesNORTHBROOK, Ill. -- Allstate's web site was rated highest for online services in a study released by Kasina, a strategic management consulting firm, entitled "Top 20 Web Sites -- Property & Casualty Insurance." Kasina, which provides e-business solutions to financial services companies, evaluated 284 web sites from U.S.-based property and casualty insurance companies in five categories: branding, content, online services, usability, and web technology. "Allstate made our top 20 list for its service to existing customers and because it's easy for new customers to form a relationship with the firm," said Kasina CEO Steven Miyao. "We are committed to providing our customers with a one-stop, easy to use insurance resource," said Jeff Lewis, vice president, distribution channel, Allstate Insurance Company. "Allstate.com is simply one of the ways we are enabling this. Customers can access similar services as those offered online via 1-800-Allstate or their local Allstate agent." ©2000 Collision Repair Industry INSIGHT | FEATURED INSIGHT Supports the NABC! |
