Professionals Auto Body Inc. Enhancing Service with New Location, Equipment and Service

Johnstown, PA -- Professionals Auto Body Inc., central Pennsylvania's fastest growing collision repair chain, will open its fourth location in Johnstown Pa. April 1, 2001. Number five soon will open in Greenwood, Pa, with others scheduled by year-end.

Built to be customer friendly and convenient, the shops feature comfortable customer service areas and large production areas with the most modern collision repair equipment for fast, high quality repairs.

"The people in the area deserve this type of service," said owner Ron Parretta. "We just like to give the consumer and insurance companies the option to have the very best for their collision repairs and claims service needs."

Parretta promises that centralized claims and load-leveling services will be up and running by year-end. "This will streamline handling insurance claims and repairs. Right now Professionals Auto Body consistently turns repairs over (cycle time) in all of its facilities within 5-7 days, 50 percent below the industry. And falls 10-15 percent under the average cost of a repair with 13 percent higher C.S.I. (Customer service index) than the industry average," he commented.
