AutoVista Signs Agreement With PARNETInsurance

MACON, GA -- AutoVista has announced that PARNET, headquartered in Torrance, California, has selected AutoVista to facilitate communication of claims assignments, estimates, and photos between their headquarters and their network of over 250 body shops in California, Arizona, and Texas.

"We are very pleased with the wide range of capabilities provided by AutoVista ClaimsÔ," said John Junk, Executive Vice President of PARNET. "The AutoVista technology was customized to meet our specific requirements and it is easy to use. We were impressed with the responsiveness and competency of the AutoVista team as they quickly adapted their technology to meet our specific requirements."

"This technology allows for the assignment of work and the communication of repair estimates, images, and supplements over the Internet between our east and west coast offices and our expanding network of Preferred Provider Shops (PPS), regardless of what estimating system is used by the repairer. AutoVista is easy to set up and our PPS repair facilities are online communicating over the Internet in a matter of minutes which means it requires virtually no training," Junk added. "PARNET is totally committed to providing its customers with the very highest level of service available today, and we will continue to focus on ways to improve our business processes as we go forward in the industry," Junk concluded.

After the successful completion of a pilot project, PARNET finalized the contractual terms of the relationship with AutoVista. Rick Palmer, President of ComputerLogic, Inc., stated, "the success of PARNET's pilot program is an example of AutoVista's ability to quickly implement AutoVista Claims throughout the collision repair industry." Palmer explained, "AutoVista Claims represents a new generation of Internet based technology which is designed to enhance the automobile repair industry's ability to process repair estimates at a lower cost and with greater flexibility than the older technology in use today."

PARNET's contract with AutoVista provides for a full complement of services including training and customer services throughout PARNET's operations. "This is particularly important to PARNET as we recently announced our expansion into Texas," Junk explained. "Our company's continued growth will be enhanced by the technology that AutoVista delivers over the Internet," he further added. PARNET, provides insurance claim services including facilitating vehicle repairs throughout California and Arizona.
