ProcessClaims Completes Partnership With CSi Complete

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. -- ProcessClaims has formed a partnership with Ohio-based CSi Complete, a Customer Satisfaction Indexing provider to the collision claims industry.

ProcessClaims and CSi Complete Integration now enables ProcessClaims' customers to seamlessly move their data to CSi Complete for Customer Satisfaction Indexing. ProcessClaims continues to develop partnerships through open standards to deploy Internet-based claims processing tools. CSi Complete delivers vehicle owner survey data within the automated claims handling process. ProcessClaims and CSi Complete are transacting with real customers in a live environment.
