Snap-on Incorporated Names Blaine A. Metzger Vice President and Corporate Controller

KENOSHA, Wis. -- Snap-on Incorporated has announced that it named Blaine A. Metzger as vice president and corporate controller.

Metzger brings extensive financial management experience to Snap-on. He most recently was chief financial officer for Crenlo, Inc. in Rochester, Minn., a division of Dover Corporation, where he was responsible for finance and information systems. Previously, he was vice president, financial planning, reporting and finance centers for CNH Global N.V. in Racine, Wis. Prior to serving as vice president at CNH Global, Metzger held several financial management positions at Case Corporation including assistant corporate controller, and director of accounting operations and finance centers.

Metzger holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Indiana University and is a certified public accountant. He replaces former controller Neil Smith, who recently joined Navigation Technologies Corporation in Chicago.
