Parts.com Announces Symbol Change to PART; New CUSIP Number 702140203 Takes Effect June 28, 2001
SANFORD, Fla. -- Parts.com, Inc. (Stock Symbol: MIRM), has announced its trading symbol will change effective June 27, 2001 concomitant with its previously announced Board-approved one-for-ten reverse stock split.
The Company will begin trading under its new symbol, PART and its new CUSIP number June 28, 2001.
