Business Tools | Friday July 6 GM's Goodwrench Chooses CSi Complete for CSI NeedsPlain City, OH -- General Motors has selected CSi Complete as vendor of choice for customer satisfaction indexing for the Goodwrench Auto Body Center (GABC) program. GABC will evolve into a national network of dealer auto body repair centers with the vision of providing quality service and industry-leading customer care to vehicle owners. GM marketing specialist John Hargraves, who visited CSi Complete June 5, worked diligently with the CSi Complete team to produce a comprehensive program tailored to meet the unique needs of the GABC facilities. "It was a positive experience visiting the CSi Complete call center and meeting the team there," Hargraves said. "We have worked effectively together to institute a program that is a key element in our overall plans. CSI is a tool that we will utilize to insure we are performing at an industry-leading level," he added. The GABC partnership represents another important and prestigious client for rapidly growing CSi Complete.
