Bryan B. Rutberg Joins ProcessClaims Board of Directors

Redondo Beach, CA -- ProcessClaims has announced the addition of Bryan B. Rutberg to its board of directors.

Mr. Rutberg is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rutberg & Company, LLC a research-centric investment bank focused exclusively on the private equity capital markets for emerging growth companies.

"Bryan brings a wealth of financial savvy and entrepreneurial experience to the ProcessClaims Board," said ProcessClaims' Chief Executive Officer Paul Farber. "We're very pleased he is joining us."

Mr. Rutberg was previously an Executive Director and Head of U.S. Internet Investment Banking at UBS Warburg, where he led a team of 15 professionals located in both San Francisco and New York City. Mr. Rutberg joined UBS Warburg in January 1999 and during his tenure was responsible for all aspects of the Internet group's business including transaction origination and execution, strategic focus, marketing, management and recruiting.

Prior to UBS Warburg, Mr. Rutberg was a Vice President at Montgomery Securities and a founding member of the firm's East Coast Investment Banking practice, joining in 1996. Mr. Rutberg opened the firm's London office in 1998 and was responsible for all aspects of the firm's European technology business. Mr. Rutberg serves as an advisor to a number of early-stage technology companies and is an advisor to the Board of Trustees of the Leakey Foundation.

ProcessClaims is an internet-based bridge linking the insurance and collision repair industries and their trading partners.
