Sames Corporation Files Chapter 7 Voluntary Bankruptcy Petition

FRANKLIN PARK, Ill. -- Sames Corporation has announced that it filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. The case has been assigned to the Honorable Bruce W. Black, and has case number 0 1 B 28983. The interim trustee is Norman Newman.
