ARA Services Corp. Appoints Michael T. Quintos President and CEO

Chicago -- In a unanimous decision by its Board of Directors, the ARA Services Corporation has appointed Michael T. Quintos as President and Chief Executive Officer.

"Michael is an accomplished individual with a great deal of expertise in the industry," said Ginny Whelan, Chairman of the Board of ARA Services Corporations. "He brings a strong background in recycled parts, automotive repair facilities, and insurance companies. It is that experience and track record that is needed to take ARA Services to the next level. Michael brings that experience to our industry."

Quintos, 32, a Chicago native, brings more than ten years of experience with marketing, product management, and business development to his new role. Most recently he served as the Manager of Collision Repair Solutions for ChoiceParts.com, an online parts ordering company, where he was a founding employee. Prior to that, he served as Director of New Business Development at CCC Information Services, Inc.

"ARA Services is a solid corporation with a strong base, and I am confident in its product," said Quintos. "I look forward to leading the company into its next stage while continuing to build on the foundation that has been built to date."

ARA Services Corporation, a for-profit subsidiary of the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA), has developed two user-friendly systems designes to maximize the exposure of recycles inventory parts.
