Insurance Data Solutions and PARNET Complete Successful Pilot of Statistical Estimate Auditing Tools

San Diego, CA -- Insurance Data Solutions, LLC and PARNET Corporation, a division of PC Group Holdings, announced the successful completion of a pilot of IDSAUDIT, an estimate auditing system and database. IDSAUDIT was piloted by PARNET (Preferred Auto Repair NETwork) in Torrance, California to audit incoming estimates.

John Junk, Executive Vice President of Claims for PARNET said, "We are always looking at new and innovative ways to add value to our repair network for our customers and preferred provider shop members. IDSAUDIT provides a tool that allows us to rapidly and systematically check estimates as they come in, increasing the productivity our physical damage appraisal personnel."

John Rix, Vice President of Insurance Data Solutions, LLC said, "IDSAUDITä is unique in that it first audits estimates for rate and parts compliance before using proprietary algorithms and a statistical database of historical claims to audit estimates for repair consistency. An estimate can be electronically audited in a few seconds. Those with rate, parts or repair process questions are quickly identified for further action."
