Penske Automotive Group Announces Executive Appointment; Scotty McBean Named General Manager

EL MONTE, Calif. -- Penske Automotive Group has announced the appointment of Scotty McBean as General Manager of its Penske Jaguar, Aston Martin facility located in West Covina, California.

Mr. McBean joins PAG with 20 years of Jaguar experience. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility, and most recently was the general manager of Bauer Jaguar in Santa Ana, California, a position he held for eight years. In his new position, Mr. McBean will report directly to PAG President Greg Penske.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Penske said, "We are pleased to add Scotty to our team. His broad experience in the automotive industry and his knowledge of Jaguar products make him ideally suited to grow our franchise. With new Jaguar models being launched, and Scotty's leadership abilities, we are confident that he will lead us to new levels of sales, guest satisfaction and business development."

Mr. McBean serves as a member of the Jaguar National Advertising Board and Jaguar National Remarketing Committee. He is a graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Program.

A native of Troon, Scotland, Mr. McBean came to the U.S. in 1980 and resides in Newport Beach, California.

Penske Automotive sells more than 44,000 vehicles annually from five locations in the Southern California market. The group retails Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar and Aston Martin vehicles. Longo Toyota in El Monte is America's largest Toyota dealership.
