Boyd Group Adds Four Washington State Locations
Winnipeg, Manitoba -- The Boyd Group, Inc. has purchased the assets and business of AWC Collision Center, LLC, which operates four locations in metro Seattle and Tacoma, Washington.
This latest acquisition brings Boyd's Washington locations to eight, including its four CollisionCraft locations.
Revenue of an expected $11.25 million(Cdn) from AWC, when combined with existing operations, will increase Boyd's overall annualized sales to approximately $144 million(Cdn), with about 66 percent of that amount derived from U.S. operations.
The Boyd Group now operates 64 company-owned locations.
