ADP Claims Services Group Announces 100 Percent Renewal of Automotive Insurance Contracts for Fourth Consecutive Year

SAN RAMON, Calif. -- Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Claims Services Group has reported its successful renewal of all automotive insurance clients and contracts for the fourth consecutive year.

Adding to the positive economic performance and revenue growth, the insurance claims services business also increased its total loss transactions by over 20 percent for the year.

"While the industry overall has faced some challenges in this changing economy, ADP's continued growth in the insurance, collision repair, and auto recycling industries demonstrates the success of our commitment to delivering World Class products and services," said Gary Nixon, senior vice president of ADP's automotive claims services. "After reviewing their options, customers continue to chose ADP for a reason. They know they can trust us and rely on the accuracy of our database, along with our continued commitment to World Class Service."

Nixon also attributes the company's success in part to its solid vision and strategy that includes creating industry-integrated products and services that will allow business partners in the automotive recycling, collision repair and insurance industries to work together seamlessly.
