Business Tools | Tuesday November 6 CARSTAR Chicagoland Business Group Expands Marketing Team for Insurance RelationshipsCHICAGO -- The CARSTAR Chicagoland Business Group, a regional segment of the largest collision repair network in North America, has expanded its management team with the appointment of Lisa Fortin as Group Marketing Manager. In her new role, Fortin will work with Director of Marketing Jeff Hubbard to enhance relationships between the Business Group's 19 collision repair facilities and insurance carriers in the Chicago metropolitan area and northwest Indiana. "Relationships with insurance carriers, valued suppliers, and consumers are the foundation for our success," said Hubbard. "Lisa is an ideal team member to enhance the marketing and communications efforts that help build and strengthen those relationships. She understands and appreciates the synergistic connections between insurance carriers, rental car agencies, and collision repair facilities. Her rental agency and customer service expertise will be invaluable in our future marketing efforts for CARSTAR Chicagoland." Before joining CARSTAR, Lisa was a Customer Service Representative ranked as a top producer for value-added sales with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and instrumental in opening and establishing a new Enterprise office. Prior to Enterprise, Lisa was a sales representative for Mobile Communications and an Administrative Assistant for IKON.
