M2 Automotive Acquires Elite Auto Body in Escondido

Santa Monica, CA -- M2 Automotive has acquired Elite Auto Body in Escondido, California. The facility, which is located near the Auto Mall of Escondido, currently occupies 8,000 sq. feet and is slated for immediate expansion.

"This new acquisition is part of our ongoing drive to extend coverage for our DRP insurance clients and their policyholders in California" states Hunt Ramsbottom, CEO of M2 Automotive. "We are proud to add Elite's dedicated workforce to our roster." The purchase expands M2's presence in the greater San Diego area to four Collision Care Centers.

Pat Gibson, former owner of Elite Auto Body, commented, "There is no doubt that we have chosen the best possible company in California to move together to the next level in collision repair service" states Gibson.

Founded in 1996, M2 Automotive operates 29 service locations in California. M2, headquartered in Santa Monica, California, has over 750 employees.
