Palmer as Senior Vice President - Marketing & Advertising. Mr. Palmer, 54, who earned a Bachelor's degree from Yale and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago, has 29 years of advertising and marketing experience. More recently, he served as Vice President - Marketing & Advertising at Circuit City before assuming a similar position at Home Depot in 1998. Pep Boys' Chief Executive Officer, Mitchell G.
