CARSTAR Collision Repair Centers Join ASA

BEDFORD, TEXAS -- Sixteen company-owned CARSTAR collision repair centers have become members of the national Automotive Service Association (ASA). Membership for these shops, located in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska, is effective immediately.

Since its formation in 1989, CARSTAR has performed over 1.5 million repairs with an average customer satisfaction rating of 95 percent or better. Their repair work and service are backed by a nationwide warranty. CARSTAR is headquartered in Overland Park, Kan.

"CARSTAR's collision repair stores pride themselves on providing excellent quality and superior customer service and are excited to join an organization committed to the same high standards," said Dan Bailey, CARSTAR vice president of operations. "We look forward to developing our relationship with ASA and taking advantage of the extensive member services they provide."

CARSTAR was founded in 1989 by Lirel Holt in Kansas City, Mo.
