Newman's career with M2 began in 1998 when he accepted the position of Area Sales Manager. Over the last three years, he has successfully developed M2's Northern California market served by eight Collision Care Centers. Newman has been promoted to the position of Strategic Account Director, responsible for Northern California and for select National key insurance partners. Prior to M2, Newman held diverse sales positions with Fortune 500 companies. Moulton has joined the M2 Sales and Marketing Department as Strategic Account Director, responsible for developing relationships with M2's Southern California and select National key insurance partners. His most recent position was as a National Sales Director for Alamo where he interfaced with insurance executives at all levels. Moulton also has significant sales and management experience in the auto glass replacement industry where he had the opportunity to work for the leading auto glass providers in the country. Waring comes to M2 with over 21 years combined body shop and auto physical damage insurance experience. Most recently, he served as the Estimatics Team Manager (ETM) for State Farm based in the Arcadia, California Claims Office. Waring will be working closely with the M2 Operations, Sales and Marketing Departments as a technical liaison to M2's strategic insurance partners. He will also assist in the development of training programs relating to insurance estimating guidelines, procedures, sales and customer service.
