Cooks Collision Joins Fix Auto Network

YORBA LINDA, Calif. -- Cooks Collision, a group of nine auto body shops in Northern California, has joined the Fix Auto network. Fix Auto enables successful independent collision center owners to centralize services such as claims processing, CSI measurement and benchmarking, along with training and technology.

Launched in 1997, Fix has network revenues in excess of $110 million annually. Headquartered in Yorba Linda, the company achieved double digit growth in 2001, and expects to at least double its current annual revenues in 2002.

Said Erick Bickett, CEO of Fix, "Cooks Collision is a rapidly growing regional consolidator that we are proud to add to our network of 'best in class' collision repair professionals. Cooks gives us the platform on which to build in the Northern California region, and we look forward to working with Rick Wood, Don Wood, and their top quality staff."

Rick Wood, CEO of Cooks Collision, said the alliance with Fix is essential to Cooks' continuous improvement efforts. "This will enable us to better serve our customers and enhance insurer relations, both of which are critical to our success and our growth."

Cooks Collision centers are located in Walnut Creek (2) locations, Redwood City, Sacramento (2) locations, Dublin, San Rafael, Berkeley, and San Ramon.
