CCC Information Services Inc. Releases ClaimScope Navigator Version 2.0

CHICAGO -- CCC Information Services announced the launch of ClaimScope Navigator 2.0, the latest version of CCC's web-based management information and reporting tool. An enhanced user interface and the addition of total loss data into ClaimScope Navigator 2.0 allows insurers a faster, more complete look at the claims process.

"The introduction of ClaimScope Navigator 2.0 and our new enterprise architecture really set a foundation for the future of CCC's information management and data visualization products," said Mary Jo Prigge, president of CCC U.S. sales and service. "We are excited about the implementation of this new architecture and pleased to deliver an improved tool to offer insurers a snapshot into their business performance."

ClaimScope Navigator 2.0 has an enhanced user interface for streamlined navigation and greater ease-of-use. Users also now have access to standard reports that incorporate not only collision estimating information, but also total loss information from CCC's data warehouse. These reports may be benchmarked against industry data at state and national levels available in ClaimScope Navigator 2.0.

Once a report has been generated, users can download data, determine the content and layout of the report, and print and save it. Users may then schedule a date and time for saved reports to run, and specify delivery of the report to their email address or directly to the ClaimScope Navigator application. ClaimScope Navigator's reports provide a framework for users to understand key performance metrics and more effectively manage their claims processing business.

Added features to this version of ClaimScope Navigator also will allow insurance companies the ability to specify the content and layout of their own report templates. This flexibility and customization capability will allow them to view information on specific business performance areas.
