I-CAR Advantage Technical Publication Now Online

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL -- I-CAR has announced that its technical publication, Advantage, will no longer be offered in print. Instead, Advantage Online technical articles are now offered as a regular feature of I-CAR's biweekly e-newsletter.

"We are very excited about this new format for Advantage technical articles," stated I-CAR CEO and Executive Vice President Tom Mack. "Because of the benefits of the online format, we are able to offer this service free of charge to the industry and provide the latest technical information enhanced with videos, photos, diagrams, and other interactive tools."

Each issue of I-CAR's e-newsletter contains an Advantage Online technical article, addressing new methods and issues in collision repair. Industry professionals can subscribe to the free e-newsletter by visiting the I-CAR web site at www.i-car.com. In addition, all Advantage Online technical articles and previous issues of the Advantage print publication can be easily accessed and downloaded without charge from I-CAR's web site. A CD-ROM archive of all printed Advantage issues is also available for purchase from the I-CAR web site or by calling customer service at 800-422-7872.

The January/February issue of the Advantage was the final issue of the print publication. Subscribers have been notified by mail of the new online format and are eligible to receive a refund for the remainder of their subscription.

I-CAR, founded in 1979, is an international not-for-profit training organization dedicated to improving the quality, safety and efficiency of auto collision repair for the ultimate benefit of consumers.
