Business Tools | Tuesday March 12 ABRA Auto Body & Glass Promotes Ed Litman to New Director of IntegrationMINNEAPOLIS -- ABRA Auto Body & Glass has announced the promotion of Ed Litman to Director of Integration. Litman will coordinate the integration of acquired and newly developed collision repair centers into the ABRA system. Litman commented, "I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to our renewed expansion effort. I look forward to working with our talented Market Operations teams during this continued growth. My main responsibility will be to ensure that there is a smooth, timely transition of all ABRA operations functions while assisting with capital improvements. By having a well-defined integration plan, well-established Standard Operating Procedures, and an industry-leading training department, we feel confident we can make this change with essentially no interruption in business." Litman joined ABRA in 1997 as National Purchasing Manager, and held that position until his recent promotion. Prior to that he was the Service and Purchasing Manager for Sherwin Williams Auto Body Supply division. "Ed Litman will fill a key position for ABRA as we continue our national growth," stated Duane Rouse, ABRA's Chief Financial Officer. "He has a depth of knowledge of our industry, as well as the insurance industry. With his expertise and exceptional planning skills, the transition of our acquired and newly developed repair centers to the ABRA system will be seamless to our insurance partners and their insureds."
