Fix Auto Names Ron Guilliams, Dan Crowley to Management Positions

ANAHEIM HILLS, Calif. -- Two veterans of the collision repair industry have joined the Fix Auto management team. Ron Guilliams, former general manager and partner of Saturn Paint and Body Repair in Fountain Valley, Calif., has been named director of quality assurance, and Dan Crowley, former CEO of Polaris Business Consulting, joins Fix as eastern regional business development manager.

Guilliams was on the Saturn Corporation task force that developed best practices for Saturn's entry into the collision repair business. His shop was the first to use the Saturn logo and trademark in the shop's name.

Guilliams recently completed his second term as president of the Orange County Chapter of the California Autobody Association. He also is chairman of the education committee for the California Autobody Association and serves on the Write it Right Committee at CIC. In addition, he has been an ICAR instructor for four years and serves on the local ICAR committee.

In his new position, Guilliams will develop a quality assurance process and an education curriculum for the network of Fix Auto collision repair centers and will oversee the company's field quality assurance representatives.

Dan Crowley has 13 years of experience with a number of companies in the collision repair industry, including Akzo Nobel, Sterling Auto Body and Heidecker Collision Center.

As business development manager for Fix, Crowley will lead the Eastern Region in its sales efforts, provide orientation and training to new members, and assist existing members in upgrading and marketing their services. He also will work closely with regional insurance companies to promote Fix Auto.

Both Crowley and Guilliams will report to Doug Kelly, president and COO of Fix Auto.
