Business Tools | Tuesday March 12 Jui Li Parts Now Available through MQVPMr. John Lu, Executive Vice President of Jui Li Enterprise Co., Ltd., has announced that the product line of Jui Li is now available through MQVP (Manufacturers’ Qualification and Validation Program). "Combining our OE and Aftermarket part manufacturing, Jui Li is the biggest sheet metal auto part manufacturer in Taiwan. About half of Jui Li’s business is dedicated to aftermarket production," said John Lu. "Jui Li is a Quality-oriented Company. We build quality into our products starting with design and throughout the manufacturing processes. MQVP parts will be manufactured using the same quality systems, equipment and personnel employed to produce OE parts for Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Ford. Complete design responsibility and compliance with MQVP requirements is also included in our scope of QS-9000 registration." "This is a very powerful commitment to quality by Jui Li," said Ron Ritchie, President of Global Validators, Inc., the MQVP administrator. "The actions taken by Jui Li mean that they have met every standard required of an OEM supplier as well as the collision repair and insurance industry requirements outlined in MQVP. And they have asked their QS-9000 registrar to validate their performance." "Quality is manufactured into a product. It is not made by inspection," said Mr. Lu. "The closed loop requirements of MQVP mean that not only Jui Li but all of our material and component suppliers, as well as distributors, provide products that meet the requirements of fit, form, function, performance, durability and safety as well as superior customer satisfaction." Each Jui Li production lot for MQVP will be identified and tracked through GOCERTS (Global On-line Certification System). Insurance companies specifying MQVP approved parts use the GOCERTS record to validate they have been installed. Jui Li is a QS-9000 registered manufacturer including both engineering and design disciplines. The company has sponsored 215 sheet metal part numbers into MQVP for final acceptance. ©2002 Collision Repair Industry INSIGHT | FEATURED INSIGHT Supports the NABC! |
