Business Tools | Tuesday March 19 Mitchell Opens New Online StoreSAN DIEGO -- Mitchell International has launched its virtual Mitchell Store, which enables customers to more easily locate and purchase Mitchell's books, CDs, videos and training and education products online. The store is located on the company's Web site. "We are committed to providing our customers a choice of purchasing options," said Gail Sloan, Mitchell Publications product manager. "Now, with only two clicks of the mouse, a customer can quickly find an item online and add it to his or her virtual shopping cart." The store simplifies online purchase by organizing the products both alphabetically or by category -- collision repair, estimating, frame dimensions and training & education. A brief description helps guide the customer to the right product. "The Mitchell Store is another example of how Mitchell is using technology to make its products, services and training materials more easily accessible to customers," said Sloan. Mitchell International, founded in 1946 and with headquarters in San Diego, provides information software and e-business solutions for the insurance and collision repair industries.
