Mitchell G. Leibovitz, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, served as President since 1986. Mr. Leibovitz commented, "George has done an extraordinary job as our Executive Vice President & CFO. He played a key role in our highly successful Profit Enhancement Plan and will increase his involvement in our non-financial areas.
