Keystone Automotive Industries Acquires Radiator and Condenser Distribution Business

Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. has announced it has acquired the radiator and condenser distribution business of Perfect Cooling, Inc., based in Carson, California. Perfect Cooling, with additional locations in Atlanta, Chicago and Philadelphia, has annualized revenues of approximately $8.0 million. Terms were not disclosed.

"The acquisition of Perfect Cooling leverages Keystone's distribution system in certain large metropolitan markets and gains access to a large mechanical replacement sector, a market not currently served by Keystone," said Charles J. Hogarty, president and chief executive officer of Keystone.

Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. distributes its products in the United States primarily to collision repair shops through its 114 distribution facilities, of which 21 serve as regional hubs. Its product lines consist of automotive body parts, bumpers, and remanufactured alloy wheels, as well as paint and other materials used in repairing a damaged vehicle. These products comprise more than 19,000 stock keeping units that are sold to more than 25,000 repair shops throughout the nation.
