Business Tools | Wednesday April 10 ADP Integrated Medical Solutions Launches Censeo, an Integrated Medical Bill Review Product for the Property & Casualty Insurance IndustryADP Integrated Medical Solutions (IMS), a provider of end-to-end claims processing solutions to property and casualty insurers, has announced the launch of a new integrated bill review product, Censeo, to serve both the auto casualty and workers' compensation markets. The single platform for processing both workers' compensation and auto casualty medical bills can be deployed directly at the client-site, through the Web on an ASP basis, or utilized as part of ADP's outsourcing services. Censeo will be officially launched at the 40th annual RIMS (Risk Insurance Management Society) Conference and Exhibition on April 15, 2002 in New Orleans, LA. Thousands of risk management and insurance professionals will be introduced to ADP's product offering at this event. In addition to its single platform technology, Censeo incorporates modern, standards-based, compliant architecture, as well as web delivery options. Censeo also offers multiple UCR options, comprehensive medical guidelines, including complete programming of all auto casualty and workers' compensation fee schedules and state UR regulations, proprietary clinical edits based on widely accepted medical literature, and a feature that allows Censeo users to create client-specific rules and edits. Censeo also offers sophisticated PPO repricing capabilities, which can be delivered as part of the platform or as a stand-alone product. Censeo was developed with HIPAA compliant EDI interfaces. Pre-processing services include mailroom services, scanning, and data capture, such as OCR (optical character recognition) and KFI (key from image).
