Global Link to Purchase Empire Glass

Global Link Technologies, Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase Empire Glass Companies, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona. Empire is a leader in the windshield repair and replacement industry with over 10 locations throughout the West and Midwest and over $25 MM in annual sales.

Plans to expand into eight additional markets are being implemented. Present management, headed by Mr. Richard Chance, will continue to manage the company. The company projects current year earnings to be $1.7 MM.
