Esurance Launches New Car Insurance Program in California
Esurance Inc., a direct-to-consumer personal auto insurance company, has announced the introduction of its new multi-tiered auto insurance program in California.
With this new program, auto insurance policies are provided by Esurance Property and Casualty Insurance Company, a fellow member of the White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. Esurance Property and Casualty Insurance Company is rated A (Excellent) by A.M. Best.
Esurance expects profitable growth from the new auto insurance program underwritten by Esurance Property and Casualty. "We're very excited about our new auto program that allows us to insure even more people in California," said Gary Tolman, President and CEO of Esurance. As a part of the new auto insurance program, 90 percent of the customers who come to the Esurance Web site to buy car insurance are eligible for coverage. Esurance aims to save consumers money, pointing to its highly targeted pricing structure offering rates designed for individual profiles.
Esurance Inc., a member of the White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., provides personal auto insurance direct to consumers online.
