Canada's AIA Elects New Chairman and Board of Directors
Members of the Automotive Industries Association attending its 2002 Annual General Meeting, being held as part of the Canadian International Automotive Show, elected a new slate of Directors proposed by the Nominating Committee, Chaired by AIA's Past Chairman, Randy Moore (Mister Transmission International Ltd, Richmond Hill, ON).
Elected to the AIA Executive Committee:
- Chairman of the Board, Sean Corcelli - USI-AGI Prairies Inc.; Edmonton, Alberta
- First Vice-Chairman, Ken Coulter - Specialty Sales and Marketing; Mississauga, Ontario
- Second Vice-Chairman, Larry Jefferies, CARSTAR Automotive Canada; Hamilton, Ontario
- Immediate Past-Chairman, Peter Tekker, Gates Canada Inc; Brantford, Ontario
- AIA President, Ray Datt - AIA National Office; Ottawa, Ontario
Several Directors at Large and Division Chairmen/Directors were also named.
Outgoing Chairman Peter Tekker congratulated the 2002-2003 Board of Directors. "I wish you all well. I know that you will enjoy your term on the AIA Board."
