ProQuest Business Solutions Is New Name for Bell & Howell Publishing Services

Bell & Howell Publishing Services, a subsidiary of ProQuest Company, has changed its name to ProQuest Business Solutions Inc. Adopting the ProQuest name for the company and its four business units (ProQuest Alison, ProQuest Automotive, ProQuest Media Solutions and ProQuest Powersports) completes the company's transition to the ProQuest Company name.

When Bell & Howell Company completed the sale of its imaging and mail and messaging technologies businesses last year, ProQuest Company was chosen as the company's new name. ProQuest Company has two divisions -- ProQuest Business Solutions, which serves the automotive and powersports markets, and ProQuest Information and Learning, which serves the education market.

ProQuest Business Solutions develops parts and service-oriented software applications for the automotive and powersports industries worldwide. Its flagship products, the ProQuest EPC line of electronic parts catalogs, enable more than 100,000 parts technicians at thousands of automotive dealerships around the world to quickly access accurate original equipment parts information needed to service their customers' vehicles. The company offers a broad range of electronic parts catalog systems available, serving more than 30 different brands.
