Business Tools | Friday July 19 J.N. Phillips Auto Glass Appoints Michelle McCourt New Director of Field SalesJ.N. Phillips Auto Glass, New England's largest auto glass replacement company, has announced that Michelle McCourt has joined its team as Director of Field Sales. Ms. McCourt will drive the sales process and implement a variety of strategic marketing initiatives. She will lead and manage the entire J.N. Phillips sales team, institute training and development programs, and maintain and improve JN Phillips Auto Glass' high standard of customer service and relations. McCourt most recently worked as senior sales manager at WearGuard-Crest, a division of ARAMARK, where she generated $35 million in annual revenues overseeing a team of two sales managers and 30 sales professionals. Previously, Ms. McCourt served the insurance agent and automotive markets with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. "Michelle's expertise and creativity will help us better serve our varied customer base across our four-state service area," said Rosenfield. Before joining WearGuard-Crest, McCourt managed major accounts for Olsten Staffing Services in Boston, where she ranked first in sales regionally and seventh nationally. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire-Durham with a concentration in Business Administration. J.N.
