M2 Automotive Appoints Richard M. Ginsburg Chief Financial Officer

M2 Automotive has appointed Rick Ginsburg as the Chief Financial Officer for M2 Automotive following four years at True2Form Collision Repair Centers, Inc. Ginsburg will work closely with Hunt Ramsbottom, the Chief Executive Officer, and other members of senior management,spearhead ing M2's operational, technology and growth strategies.

Ginsburg, a certified public accountant, brings an extensive background in the operational, financial, organizational design, and MIS requirements of multi-location retail and business-to-business enterprises to M2 Automotive. Prior to True2Form, Ginsburg held senior executive-level management positions with several regional and national companies, including nine years at two national, insurance replacement car rental firms.

"As one of our key executives, Ginsburg has the optimum mix of critical industry experience and business acumen to help drive our business to new levels," states Ramsbottom.

Ginsburg, a graduate of Kent State University, earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He will be relocating with his family from Cleveland, Ohio, to Southern California in the next few months.

Founded in 1996, M2 Automotive owns 29 service locations in California.
