Stuart Frost & Dale Delmege Join EnterpriseDNA, LLC

EnterpriseDNA, a productivity software provider to collision repair facilities based in Orange County, Calif., has announced the appointment of two key team members.

Stuart Frost joins EnterpriseDNA as CEO and chairman of the board of directors. Frost has extensive experience in starting and running software and service companies having previously led several companies through rapid growth. His most notable experience was founding the software company SELECT Software Tools in 1988. Frost built the company to $28 million in revenue and took it public on Nasdaq.

"In addition to truly delivering dramatic results, EnterpriseDNA's product also provides the rare opportunity for companies to measure their return on investment," said Frost. "The results of our early customers have been extremely positive and I am very pleased to be a part of this unique opportunity."

Dale Delmege joins the board of directors of EnterpriseDNA. Delmege is a founder and past director of the National Auto Body Council, and a founder, past director and chairman of the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association. He was recently made lifetime member of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists and was named to the collision industry Hall of Eagles in 2001.

Delmege is currently chairman of Chelsea Group Inc., a company he founded in 1994 to assist owners of privately held automotive-oriented businesses in strategy, internal organization, and preparation for future sale or succession.

"EnterpriseDNA has developed a method for enabling collision repairers to increase production output by 20-40 percent, using their existing physical resources," said Delmege. "As a member of the board of directors I am looking forward to assisting the company in bringing this benefit to our industry."

EnterpriseDNA promises to enable collision repair facilities to get more cars through their shops using existing resources. The company claims that its software-supported methodology represents a true breakthrough in the industry and empowers EnterpriseDNA's customers to quickly increase their productivity, revenue and profit by up to 40 percent.

Unlike other approaches, according to EnterpriseDNA, its approach provides a rapid and measurable return on investment so customers can understand exactly how much they are benefiting. The company offers what it calls a win-win pricing model that guarantees it doesn't make money unless you do.
