Tim and Teresa Kostick's All Line CARSTAR Named CARSTAR Franchisee of the Year

Tim and Teresa Kostick, from All Line CARSTAR in Bolingbrook, Illinois, received CARSTAR's 2002 National Franchisee of the Year Award at the company's annual conference held July 14-16 at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida. The father-daughter Kostick team was selected from more than 300 franchisees in the CARSTAR system, the largest network of collision repair facilities in North America.

"Tim and Teresa Kostick exemplify 'the best of the best,'" said George Hansen, Chief Executive Officer of CARSTAR. "They build relationships within the insurance and collision repair industries to advance productivity and growth. They actively promote safe driving and mentorships for future collision repair professionals on local and regional levels. And through their ongoing leadership and management skills, they've guided and encouraged the All Line team as well as fellow CARSTAR franchisees. Everyone at CARSTAR appreciates the Kostick's dedication and service to our company and industry as well as their community and team."

The CARSTAR Franchisee of the Year Award honors the franchisee that has demonstrated outstanding support of the CARSTAR operational systems, overall dedication to the organization, continued support of fellow franchisees and a strong commitment to the network's reputation for quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

"We're honored to receive this award on behalf of everyone at All Line CARSTAR," Teresa Kostick said. "The team work and mutual respect we embrace in our facility reflects the entire company's commitment to providing the best repairs, service and satisfaction in the industry."

Tim Kostick opened All Line in 1970 after a successful insurance industry career. Teresa joined the facility team in 1982 as a Customer Service Representative. In 1998, she became co-owner of All Line along with her father. Teresa is an active member of the local and regional collision repair industry. In addition to her role as Chairperson of the CARSTAR Chicagoland Business Group, Teresa serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Illinois (AASPI) and an Advisory Board Member for Triton College and the Technology Center of DuPage.

With more than 300 locations across the United States and Canada, the CARSTAR network of franchise and company facilities generates annual revenue in excess of $300 million.
