AutoLign Manufacturing Group Announces Perfect QS9000 Audit

AutoLign Manufacturing Group, the largest aftermarket manufacturer of plastic bumper covers for collision repair replacement in North America, has passed its latest QS9000 audit with zero non-conformities. AutoLign is the first North American aftermarket bumper cover manufacturer to be QS9000 registered.

Bob Bedrosian, president and CEO of AutoLign, said, "Everyone in our 350,000 sq. ft. facility worked together to get a perfect score on this latest audit. We all know how important QS9000 is in our goal to make the best replacement bumpers possible."

Bedrosian specifically cited the work of Chad Wadsworth, Supervisor of AutoLign's quality control program. "Chad oversees a program of continuous improvement and defect prevention, defining correct procedures and measurement criteria, and the continual feedback on progress towards quality goals. With Chad's help, AutoLign has earned a reputation for premium quality," Bedrosian added.

AutoLign participates in the CAPA program as a CAPA Certified plant, and produces more CAPA certified bumper fascia than any other manufacturer. AutoLign also participates in the MQVP quality program, and has more MQVP certified bumper fascia than any other manufacturer. The CAPA requirements and the MQVP requirements are incorporated into AutoLign's QS9000 quality system.
