Business Tools | Tuesday August 13 Jury Awards Ex-State Farm Agents $12.6 MillionA Mendocino County Superior Court jury, after deciding that State Farm acted with malice toward its former agents, John W. Wier and Richard L. Pyorres, has added $6 million in punitive damages to a $6.6 million amount granted to the men to compensate them for lost commissions and emotional distress.
