Laura Delmege Chairs Advisory Board for EnterpriseDNA

EnterpriseDNA, provider of software the company claims is a breakthrough in collision repair productivity, has announced the founding of an advisory board to be chaired by Laura Delmege.

The primary goal of the advisory board will be to ensure that EnterpriseDNA's productivity enhancing product continues to meet and exceed the needs of the company's clients.

The advisory board will include senior managers from leading companies in the collision repair industry. Members will be given the opportunity to network with other senior contacts within the industry and to contribute directly to the EnterpriseDNA product strategy. They will also gain insight into EnterpriseDNA's advanced approach to cycle time reduction.

Delmege is president of Chelsea Group Inc. Founded in 1992, Chelsea Group is dedicated to assisting repairers, through various services, to improve performance within all areas of their operations and business strategies.

"This is the first company I have found to address and improve the efficiency of the entire repair process, rather than incremental improvements in cycle time," said Delmege. "As chairperson of the advisory board I am looking forward to assisting EnterpriseDNA in leveraging the insight and expertise of many of the industry's innovative leaders to help the company continue to deliver outstanding results."

EnterpriseDNA enables collision repair facilities to get more cars through their shops using existing resources. The company's software-supported methodology represents a true breakthrough in the industry and empowers EnterpriseDNA's customers to quickly increase their productivity, revenue and profit by up to 40 percent, according to an EnterpriseDNA press release. Saying the software is unlike other approaches, EnterpriseDNA claims that its approach provides a rapid and measurable return on investment so customers can understand exactly how much they are benefiting. The company stands by its work with a win-win pricing model that guarantees it doesn't make money unless you do.

Based in Orange County, Calif., EnterpriseDNA works with collision repair facilities looking for a breakthrough in productivity.
