Copart Opens in Reno, Nevada
Copart, Inc. has announced that it has acquired the assets of EWE Salvage Pool and Auto Auction, Inc. of Reno, Nevada. This is Copart's second auction facility in Nevada and the company's 96th location."The new Nevada location is in the central area of Reno near the junction of Interstate 80 and 395," said Willis J. Johnson, Copart's Chief Executive Officer. "The new facility will allow us to better serve our suppliers in the Reno/Tahoe area. Previously this area was served by our Sacramento facilities, which are over two hours away."
Copart, founded in 1982, operates 96 facilities in 40 states.
