More Data and Expanded Reporting Highlight CEI's Release of ClaimsLink Version 3.0
CEI has announced the release of ClaimsLink version 3.0, the company's web-based application that provides fleet managers access to real-time accident, vehicle and driver information.
New ClaimsLink 3.0 Offers:
- Expanded data, including: incident details, accident reports and subrogation statistics
- New "Claim Diary" that displays the life cycle of each claim
- Updates now available within minutes after the data is captured
- Expanded report capabilities through the use of Adobe Acrobat PDF viewer
- Enhanced search criteria and easier navigation throughout the application
- Streamlined downloading of loss notices and reports to an Excel file
- alerts electronic messaging was enhanced to include:
- Support of approve, deny or hold - decision making with a two month archive
- Email notification of new alerts within ClaimsLink
- Ability to place an alert decisions on hold for two days
- Ability to see all your alerts or select a specific group to view
- Access to claim information and images within an alert.
