Collision Express Acquires Collex Collision Experts in Richboro PA
Carl M. Cimino, president and founder of Collision Express, has announced that the company has completed the acquisition of Collex Collision Experts, located in Richboro, Pennsylvania."We are very excited about our newest store," said Cimino. "This shop has a prime location with a thirty-year reputation for quality work and ethical practice."
The facility will be called Richboro Collision Express.
Cimino now operates four facilities in Delaware and Pennsylvania under the Collision Express name. He previously served as Regional Consultant for CARSTAR.
"We are currently working to open a fifth store in the next six months," commented Cimino, "however, we are making sure that same store sales and profitability increase and that our management systems are firmly in place before we seek the next acquisition."
