Autoprise Launches I.T. Support and Help Desk; Secures Contracts in British Columbia

Two of the largest chains in B.C., The Boyd Group Inc. and Kirmac CARSTAR, have signed contracts for Autoprise to supply I.T. support and services to their corporate locations in B.C., to manage their technology-related issues efficiently.

Autoprise will provide The Boyd Group Inc. and Kirmac CARSTAR with primary and secondary support of software applications and operating systems as well as hardware installation, upgrades, and routine maintenance. Help desk services, remote desktop access and on-site support will also be provided.

It eliminates the cost of hiring full-time I.T. personnel or using on-call I.T. services," said Tim Wilder, President and C.O.O. of Kirmac CARSTAR.
