Business Tools | Monday November 18 Auto Body World Opens Sixth Arizona FacilityAuto Body World, Arizona's largest privately owned collision-repair business, based in Phoenix, has opened its sixth Phoenix Metro Valley facility."Our newest facility is a showcase of technology and customer service," said CEO David Fait about the 29,000-square-foot facility and its 200 employees. The new facility will bring the company's total under-roof square footage to 142,000. With our newest facility, we expect to maintain and surpass the levels of customer satisfaction that have made us Arizona's Leader in Collision Repair." Every Auto Body World customer is telephoned after picking up their repaired vehicle and asked a series of questions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Fait's father began the business in 1946 with a small shop in South Dakota, moving the business and his family to Phoenix in 1962. Another facility of comparable size - number seven for Auto Body World - is scheduled for nearby Mesa in 2003.
