CCC Completes $100,000 Pledge to the Automotive Management Institute

CCC Information Services Inc. has announced the completion of a $100,000 commitment made to the Automotive Management Institute (AMI), the leading management education provider for the automotive service industry. The presentation of a $12,500 check at the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) fulfills a five-year commitment by CCC to support of AMI's mission of providing and promoting practical business management education tailored to the members of the automotive service industry.

"AMI is extremely grateful for the generous support CCC has shown us over the last five years," said AMI executive director John Berry III, AAM. "The automotive service industry and AMI students benefit from CCC's contribution as it helps AMI fulfill its mission to provide and promote management education."

The AMI offers more than 350 courses and a management accreditation program, making business management education available, accessible and affordable to increase management expertise and professionalism in the automotive service industry. Fields of study are focused on five areas: marketing and sales, operations and service, management and administration, financial management, and personnel and human resource development.

"I am extremely proud to present the completion of CCC's five-year pledge to AMI," said Mary Jo Prigge, CCC's president of sales and service. "Our commitment to education in the collision repair industry is a priority, and organizations like AMI have made great strides in this area with its excellent management education curriculum."

The AMI donation is part of CCC's Character of Caring, a program that supports active participation in the automotive claims industry as well as involvement in charitable organizations and local communities where CCC offices are located. At NACE's Industry Night of Achievement, CCC was recognized for its support of the industry and awarded with an NABC Collision Industry Pride Award.
