Business Tools | Friday January 17 Honda/Acura Service Express Web Site LaunchedIn keeping with the auto manufacturers' commitments to independent repair shops, as described in a letter to U.S. Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., on Sept. 26, 2002, American Honda Motor Company has launched a new Service Express Web site providing access to factory-authorized diagnostic and repair information for 1996 and newer vehicles. Auto manufacturers currently offering service information via the Internet include General Motors Corp., Hyundai, Volkswagen/Audi, and Volvo.
